Well time really does fly when you set pre-orders on your prequels without taking into account the possibility that a whole heap of things can go wrong, go right, or take a lot longer than expected.
Currently on a bit of a sprint to get Strange Allegiances up before the deadline tomorrow at Midnight. The countdown thing is fun, as I like a bit of time pressure.
A bit being the operative part of that phrase.
The novella is benefitting from a rejig – the original was written in dribs and drabs and hadn’t quite been woven together. The college sections felt standalone when read in the context of the Fae Realms sections. Problem with time slips, they all need to make sense.
Well wife is asking me to go collect the youngest, and I have shopping to do.
Then so much last minute proof/editing. But that pre-order will be met and I only have another 16 before the Ice Age in Scarlet is in place!
